Don't let the door hit you on your ass on the way out of SL if you really are leaving.
It seems to be a tradition to make some drahma on your way out. Gotta tell you.. it's getting old. You're actually leaving? - then goodbye, good riddance, good luck. Now leave.
Making a goodbye cruel world thread seems to me the height arrogance in its cry for attention.
I could be wrong about that.. so I repeat: Don't let the door hit you on your ass on the way out of SL if you really are leaving.

Korg That is a big harsh, I know alot of ppl are attention seeking when making threads like this, but not all, I damn well know if I ever wanted to leave, I would make a thread to say thank you and goodbye, and I wouldn't be attention seeking, I would be being courteous to those that have spent the time to read my drivel and get to know me... Is that REALLY so bad....

Thread reported for abuse. This has absolutely no constructive value in these boards, and its sole purpose is to demean others in the SL community.

When I leave, it will be a few weeks before anyone notices. Im not planning on going anywhere, but when I do give it up, it will be among friends, quietly.

post reported for idiocy This thread is off-topic (edited). It's tongue in cheek and couched as my opinion. Where do I go to report you for ignorance? Your parents? Oh wait, I forgot, a petrie dish/plastic cup and a hyperdermic needle, right? Send me the address of the lab and I will do that instead of "threatening" to abuse report you for ignorance.

From: Dallas Moreau Y'all don't get it. This is Korg's way of saying goodbye. Wishful thinking, I think, unfortunately. For the most part, it's usually a goodbye post, not drama. Korg wouldn't understand this though because there is no one that would give two hoots if he left, so he wouldn't have any goodbyes to make He's best ignored, really. He's reasonably harmless if extremely obnoxious while he sits and spits and stomps in the corner, gets laughed at, then spits and stomps some more, getting more and more irrational with each post. He's amusing that way, kind of like the spoilt little kid in the supermarket who is screaming the most absurd things at the top of his lungs and embarassing the hell out of his mother, but we all think its pretty funny.

THIS is what saddens me, not peoples drama.. Drama I can ignore.. I cancel cards at my whim everyday. It's nothing personal. Nothing has happened to me. I am who I have always been on the forums and in-world. As I said in-world, those are different. If you got offended, that I cancelled your card, well, honestly, I can't do a thing about you feeling that way. But I won't apologize for doing so either.

Korg... don't be so fucking defensive man, I didn't want an apology, I never asked for that, I am not offended, I was simply wondering, it's not like we were really that close is it, I just don't understand sometimes why ppl seem ok one day, then weird the next *sighs*
and no I wasn't specifically pointing at you,... It is just a generalisation

From: Juro Kothari I'll be sure to remind you of this when the sun sets on your SL run. Ta-ta, Korg. With comments like that now, if I were to decide to why would I deliberately subject myself to it on the way out? Whiff. Strike 1. Cmon. You can do better.
