Has anyone had any urges to meet in 1st life? I'm in the east Coast .. not sure if this is taboo or what .. I live in the mid-east .. would be awesome to create some type of meet in the future. Anyone up for it? Let me know

That way I only have a 20 min drive!

I'm totally willing to drive to wherever most people want to go .. I live close to some people it seems since I live in Northern Ky / Southern Indiana .. I'd take off a week to drive ppl to wherever .. possibly a week and a half.

I'd even make/pay for some t-shirts for the occasion .. SL logo (with permission) + name possibly?

I vote that the East Coast meet be in West Virginia at one of the resorts - we're incredibly cheap, and we have... we have... oh, crap, surely we have SOMETHING people want to see...

Okay, I vote for NYC as a second choice. Although that "good rate" thing won't be happening till January. T'is the season for everyone in the Universe to fly to Manhattan to go shopping.

But I'll take just about any excuse to visit NYC!

Vancouver is a beautiful city and the folks in Washington and even Alberta should be able to make the short drive

Don't sell yourself short, there; West Virginia may be a bitch to drive through if you are in a hurry, but it is a really beautiful area and very, very easy to get to - especially if you're in western Virginia, like me!

hey i live in the WV hills.....my home. Lets White Water...then hop a plane to Vegas ....my brother lives there...we can all stay with him.....LMAO....

Lots to do here in summertime, in winter well, there's always Mall of America...Great place to customize your Avatar

In light of the winter thing, I agree with SF, the Lindens can get us a place and we can pretend its "The Real World"...

From my experience, (substantial, having had chat meets in several communities) near the middle of the country tends to be best. Vegas seems to have cheap rates. (They want to get people into the city so that they'll go to the casinos.) The hidden treasure is NOLA. New Orleans is fairly central, and a pretty cheap vacation. (Airfare from anywhere in the US is rarely more than 3-400 bucks roundtrip... and frequently less.) For other places, a fair portion of the midwest is.... well.... no offense but it's boring. I mean really boring.

Is that washer one of the old kind with the ringer on it? Had one on my porch in my college days. Have since upgraded to being the only perons almost in her forties in the universe to take her washing to Mom's!
