My club, but I only rezz it when I feel like partying, and at varying heights/sims. Its the only way to go. Think 24-Hour-Party-People meets that freaky castle that would reappear all over the world in 'Krull'. But seriously, I do attend a few on a whim. Level is one, but its been a while. In RL I dig Vision in Chicago, christ that place has sound that would liquify diamond, 'My-body-has-become-a-speaker-element' Bass, and great DJs like Ferry Corsten showing up on tour. I just like it.

House of Pain! Visually stunning, great atmosphere, friendly, open-minded crowd, fun to explore (make sure and peek at the dungeon and backrooms) and Rafin just rocks as a builder. But if Torely is there, make sure and wear safety goggles. I still have a lawsuit pending after being rushed to the SL emergency room to have the watermelon seed removed from my eye. Not to mention the mental abuse caused by spinning demonic reindeer...

My favorites are Gravity Space Station, The Level, House of Pain, and Punany. But the one that will always remain in my heart and is the love of my life is the Cannabis Cathedral.

Well, I've only been in world for 6 weeks now, but my favs are: Gravity - for the amazing build, and the nice people. I never have a bad time there. If you haven't seen this yet, you must. And take your camera controls with you. Punany - it's a living example of the Baudrillard theory of simulacra in action. Openly thwarts the attempt to take SL too seriously. And everyone is really nice, and there are often amazing guest dj's. I was able to rez sex deer there, and everyone understood. House of Pain has an awesome build, and the music was really good when I was there, but I've only been there once. I really enjoyed Pleasures, the ppl are really nice, especially the owners. But I'm not sure if it's still in operation. I want to go to Frequency once when it is actually in operation. I've done a fly-by and it was pretty neat looking. DNA Prototype spins there and he does really good psy-trance. If you like Psy, and you can get there when there are ppl there, go for it.

Personally I don't really care as I try not to split hairs like that too much. I love all the club's I have ever gone too, and I love SL. To me thats enough at the end of the day....

Club?
Well, I like the big heavy metal kind. You know, the kind that would knock someone's brains out if you hit them with it? Those are dangerous in the right hands... But then again, even a wooden club is of some danger in a lamer's hands. Another good kind is those big metal ones, with the spikes on them. That would HURT! I mean, who's gonna mess with you if you have one of those--especially if you're an Orc, or something?! Still, if I had to make a choice, I'd have to go with a mace over a club, and probably a nice sword or two over a mace. They just look cooler in the battlefield scenes, you know? Sorry to hijack this club thread to turn it into a sword thread, I couldn't help myself.

BTW
WTF is C3PO supposed to be USEFUL for anyway, besides whining? Stupid piece of scrap metal would be more useful recycled as a toaster. But even that would suck, because who would want to listen to a whining wussy toaster? Is he gold plated? If that's the case he should just be melted down into gold ingots. Help the economy some, and stop being so damn useless you stupid bucket of bolts! R2 is 1,000 times more useful than your tin man ass, and he's shaped like a salt and pepper shaker FFS!

From: Paris Cellardoor But the one that will always remain in my heart and is the love of my life is the Cannabis Cathedral. It's a legend! Nobody partied like the crowd @ the Cathedral. Nobody. I spent hours laughing till it hurt at that place. I also believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) that they still hold the all-time dwell record. BTW... a little trivia: the phrase "What Happens in Deimos, Stays in Deimos" was coined @ the Cathedral - I won't mention about who though!!
