From: Ulrika Zugzwang Let's unhijack it, birthday boy! How are things going with you and Apo? I'm interested to hear if your deal was renegotiated making you an employee, your status was reinstated as 40% partner, or if you're liquidating the company and dividing the assets. I haven't heard a word from anyone, so do tell! ~Ulrika~ Nothing has been "...renegotiated...". None of the above has happened. Nothing has been resolved. Apotheus? _/_/

There are no false statements being made by me. Have you seen my access given back to me at SLExchange.com? No Have you seen me or Apotheus announce a restructuring, reorganization, a sale or buyout? No There has been progress made in private. Yes Do I remain committed to the future success of SLExchange.com, its Merchants, and its Customers. Yes Apotheus? _/_/

Sorry Merwan, I have no means to offend you. It just said that in your first public statement that a lot has happend privately between you and Apotheus yet nothing has been resolved. I appoligized if I jumped the gun but I think like many of us including yourself have wishful thinkiing things are heading the right direction. I've been of supporter of you when this has happend even though I don't truely know you. I wish you all the luck and prosperity.

I just don't know what to believe any more. ~Ulrika~ yeah, this is puzzling enough that i decided to delist my stuff. was able to pull two items, but the others are showing up as "cannot be deleted"... not sure what that means... i can't help but speculate but that only brings two thoughts to mind: 1. a bug; 2. an intentional "stop" feature. I hope it's the first. and i hope they work it out. I dig Flipper's new site but SLEX was cool too.

Not a bug, not a conspiracy. Been discussed before. Easiest way to delist is to take your SLEX Magic Box into your inventory in-tact. If ever you want to sell again, all you have to do is re-rez it.

I haven't heard a word from anyone, so do tell! As Merwan said, nothing has changed. The situation is still the same as it was when Merwan and I started this thread, and there has been no misinformation. We are both committed to the success of SL Exchange. We are both confident that an agreement will be reached, and we continue to make progress in that area. Furthermore, it is most likely that whatever agreement is reached will have no immediate impact on the operation of the service itself.

Posting this to bring closure to this thread - I have sold my 40% ownership interest in SLEx to Anshe Chung and to Apo. Silverman. I no longer have any financial involvement, investment or interest in SLExchange. Over the past 23 days I have received much support from many people - thank you! Special thanks to those of you who have worked with me behind the scenes - I really do appreciate your help, encouragement and trust. On to the next venture! Merwan Sells Out SLExchange.com

Hell no! Partnering with billy would be like partnering with a pregnant bi-polar yak in heat stalking headless squirells!
