Also a 3D Modeler/Animator and Scripter for an Indie Game Developer.

I am currently a stay-at-home mom to my two small children. However, my most recent full-time job was as an academic counselor at the University of Washington in Seattle. I hope to finish a master's in... something, not sure yet, before heading back to the workplace when my kids are older and don't need me around so much.

But after spending the last couple of weeks upgrading my computer and then trying to figure out what was wrong with it, I am thinking about opeining a Best Buy in this little Podunk town. 45 minutes to the closest computer store to exchange a part, 45 minutes to drive back and try the part. Another day lost because THAT part was not the problem. Brand new CPU was bad. I haven't crashed yet, but I haven't logged onto SL yet either.


I have also become pretty good at building a computer from scratch. Always been able to take it apart, now I can put it back together.

I digitally paint out wires, rigs (and whatever else they need removed) for films. I sometimes "rebuild" things that are missing and I also make rotoscope mattes. Friday Night Lights is the most recent show I worked on.
But don't be impressed-I don't meet or hang out with movie stars, and visual effects people are listed way, way, way down at the bottom of the credits (below, for example, the hairdressers and the set caterers).
I do lots of photoshop at home (for fun), so please let me know when your book is ready so I can check it out. Do you have any examples of your photoshop work online? I'd like to see it

Current employment status is a result of forced RL avatar appearance adjustments due to Nature. Seems my previous clients do not prefer saggy and baggy with a touch of grey on top. Vanity and current finances preclude surgical alteration - that and an aversion to non-recreationalsex-related pain.

At present pursuing retraining program attemping to convert previous lifeskills into academic credit - so far have successfully "transferred/been awarded" credit for extensive knowledge of Kama Sutra and a real world publication on a previously undocumented position once considered too risque even for the KS itself during its first press run some time ago. Strangely, the original illustration of the position - the collapsing rain of Kwanjiri - looks vaguely like myself.

I own a business that provides web based employment resources to a niche of the US health care industry, specifically, the Health Information Management industry. Employment announcements, candidate resumes and newsletters, etc.

Employment for HIM Directors & Supervisors, Health Information Technology people, Medical Coders, Transcriptionists, Cancer Registrar Positions, Insurance Claims folks, etc.

I club puppies to death. When I'm not trying to offend SL residents.

I do marketing for an architecture firm.

And at night and on the weekends, I do my art thing

I was a Brit, Student and Lifer, but I graduated.

Now I'm killing time working for an eletctronic component broker, fixing their website, and building new bits for them.

I want to get better and better, and become a consultant sometime in the coming years, earning a nice wage

I'm in school... again... hehe, still haven't finished a major. CS at the moment, been graphic design, EE, and a few other things too. Worked as a tech troubleshooter for a few startups. I'm good at fixing things. Not very good at multitasking . One (and I mean one) project is is optimal, 2 handleable, 3 well... lets just say that's living dangerously.

Oh yes, if anybody has a job which involves reading for a living (anything really) hook me up !!!

On my last semester of college (finally!) before getting my BS in CS. Hoping to get into game dev. Currently living with parents and working at the stroller shop & souvenir stands at the front of Disneyland.

Too many activities/hobbies to mention, but I will anyway. Composing, choral singing, timpani & other percussion, jazz sax, keyboard, drawing, 2D & 3D graphics... reading... gaming... internet junkie-ing... hmm, I guess that covers the gist of it.
