You'll find that I'm not like most folk. I will gladly tell you or anyone else to f*ck right off if I don't want to talk to them, and if they don't comply immediately, I'll hurl their ass out the sim and permaban them from it.

Comitted is the correct word here. For those of you who would like to visit billy, visiting hours are from 4pm to 8pm, on weekdays, and noon to 8 on weekends. He is in room 312 at the Sunnydale Home for the Virtually Insane. Not sure what Sim that is in.
