I suppose it opened up tonight and WOW what an amazing island it is!! The place is incredibly animated and reeeks of fun. I encourage people to check it out!!!

YES in fact I was just there meeting Daemioth... the team put such an amazing amount of work and play into it... and there's going to be more stuff to come. Superb. It's called "The Island of Fun" and as far as I can tell, it lives up to its name. The bouncy castle brings me back to my childhood, the monorail is not meant to be a "ride ride" per se but it's delightful in motion (hard to sit at angles tho

), and heck, the layout is arranged awesomely and it's very aesthetically pleasing. I have more good words to say on this, but in the meantime, check it out inworld ASAP. I was there for the grand opening at 7 PM and... wow.

I took a sneak peek a few days ago... the island was empty save a hockey rink, road, monorail, golf carts... but even with those alone it was very incredible! I am unable to longin right now but I can't wait to see the final product. Deffinately a sim to raise the bar on Second Life entertainment and I look forward to working on this island and sharing the experience with many SL residents.

This island is totally amazing. I've been on the roller coaster, bouncy castle lol, the monorail, spent and won some money in the casino. Fantastic work. These sorts of people should be getting the developers awards, IMHO.

Thanks for posting about this place, I did a round of all the estate islands a few days ago and didn't see this one.

Checked it out, wonderful! It gets my Damien Fate "awesome-a-power" rating of coolness.

A lot of things I had found around the mainland and since lost have appeared on this island (Jack Digeridoo's mini-golf for one) and the Blue Mountain theme park. yay!

Not only that, but it really is well layed out, at the start there are little golf carts you can hire to ride around, I got one for 5$ (a bargain) and the time I was in the island, (about 10 minutes) I won some sort of random prize just for being there, twice. I received prizes that totalled to 139L$!

Also, as a note. We aren't done. Not by a long shot. We probably never will be "done", that's the point of the place

We have plans for more rides, more games, more coasters, you name it. Even what we have isn't always done... We're always re-modeling, retexturing, or re-scripting things trying to make them better.
