Morning has broken, like the first morning
Blackbird has spoken, like the first bird
Praise for the singing, praise for the morning
Praise for them springing fresh from the world

Sweet the rain’s new fall, sunlit from heaven
Like the first dewfall, on the first grass
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden
Sprung in completeness where his feet pass

Mine is the sunlight, mine is the morning
Born of the one light, eden saw play
Praise with elation, praise every morning
God’s recreation of the new day

Gotta love artpads. :D

I tend to use wild strokes when I paint(and flash can't keep up with me :p), but I had fun with it. Just something I made to cheer up a friend.

Which I think is the point. I keep letting myself get distracted from illustrating by this thing.

Here is another one. :D

I know I should avoid controversial political statements but this was a must do!

This is very much like a piece of software that I enjoy using with a pressure sensitive graphics tablet. The tools are slightly more refined than this, but still pretty primitive - it's just like working with pastels really. The smudge tool is cool :)

Anyhoo, if you're interested, here's some images I've done in it that can be viewed from blank canvas to finished masterpiece *cough*

Fortunately for you they are very much speeded up, so they last minutes rather than hours. But be warned, they are still pretty lengthy! That said, the file sizes are very reasonable for such high quality animations at these sizes.

The files are downloaded and viewed as a standalone executable file which includes the player.

You can download them here

Wow Kris!
I checked out your gallery, you do beautiful work. :)

Seems I did it again. :p In order to get the detail and solid colors I wanted, I used the smallest brush to create the outlines and then filled in the large areas all in one long stroke. It didn't seem like a big deal, but it takes several minutes just to load the animation, so I've included the pic.

Here's a lil summer monsoon scene from my back yard.

Thankee :) I haven't got most of my 3d rendered stuff up atm due to losing a lot of the final renders in a h/d melting incident. When I have another few days per image spare, I'll rerender some of the others :)

The few I have redone are here:

This is a quick 'n' dirty new one I did this evening using ArtStudio. Same deal, it plays back from a standalone executable. Which you can get here, or go to my webpage

Yeah, it's me again :p

I did this one for Willow :) (well, she told me to draw a ghost, so I did!)

It's waaay speeded up so only a couple of minutes long to watch.

Download it as an executable here
