Nada.

I just tiered all the way down and my husband tiered up. Cheaper that way since he has a Life account, and we get more land.

I concur with this, its been shown that 16sqm can lag a sim as much as 20000sqm can, depending on what you put on it. As well as how nice/horrible it looks!

So this is the most literal way in which this quote can be used.

I have 4096, but right now I'm only using... hmm... I think, 620? currently, or atleast around that.

I expected a Gaussian distribution but skewed strongly towards the low-land tiers, Anshe. However, I suspect that these numbers are highly inaccurate. When I answered the poll, I selected the option which best reflected the amount of land that I personally own, per the title of the post. Other persons apparently selected the amount of land which is owned amongst their close group of friends. Before concluding anything from these numbers, I would ask for clarification. For instance, how much of the 65536 is being supported by Flipper's tier? Not to mention the fact that the forums are not representative of the SL population at whole.

Speaking of, have the Lindens released any average tier size info?

8,704m2 - the south east corner of Dacia - comfortably large enough for a landscaped island with a little bit of encircling sea, enough to provide a relaxing bolthole for a recluse like me - and always gives me a feeling of great calm and tranquility when I teleport back there away from those noisy clubs lol.
