I've been informed by BT that while it is true that customers are to have 2MB access for no extra cost, my phone line is too long / decrepit to support it, and I'll be remaining at 512k. On top of this, I'll have the 15GB a month usage cap imposed, so I'm paying THE SAME FOR LESS SERVICE from this crap firm!

The speed of these college computers is sleep-inducing, and I've just about had enough of random racial abuse shouted at me from car windows ON CAMPUS. Of course, the Principal won't do anything about it whatsoever, he wants to run a "fun college, where miserable people aren't wanted!" (his poorly-chosen words, not mine)
