I was wondering if it is OK to discuss groups or organisations which are comprised of two or more individuals... ?

No, that is totally unacceptable! If you want to reference a specific person or group from now on you have to use charades.

I would think it alright and reasonably accept to discuss them, as long as one follows TOS and doesn't get all pro wrestling about it.

As someone who did and feels bad for it, within an hour of doing it originally, I would like to see the consideration of groups as protected against personal attacks.
