List them here and let's see if we can get the owners to enter their builds..

I think the welcome area would be another good one.

The old backstage would have been pretty cool, though not necessarily architectural.

Gold Coast is another.

I wonder if we could enter a community build.

Was nberg mostly done by one person?

Neualtenburg is already involved in this contest I think. Talk to Sachmo Prototype. I think there is a thread on the Nburg forum about it, but I havent read that forum in days so I dont know for sure which one.

Yes. We're submitting the entire sim to the contest. The discussion thread is here.

Note the contest rules state "This competition invites designers and architects to submit examples of the best public, democratic or civic architecture in a virtual world."

So build for private use would seem to be excluded. At least it would seem they excluding some types of architecture by virtue of including "public, democratic or civic" in front of archtecture.

I wish I had the time to enter this contest, it sounds right down my alley.

I wonder if the art museum would count?

I wonder if your whole collection of prefabs and builds in Grignano would count? It's like LFtown! :)

I would think an art museum would count. It's "civic."

I like that train station at the top of the thread. And Backstage! Well, y'all know, nothing for me probably will ever top that.

Fine, fine, I've submitted the museum. Hopefully it's decent enough... I shudder to think of the competition it's going to go up against, as no doubt many real architects are going to be entering :)
