Yeah, and while you sit, wasting your Sunday free time waiting for them to get their login fixed AGAIN so you can access the land you pay them so much for every month, isnt it great to go to their Status page and see that actually, nothing is wrong at all. Way to go with the updates, Linden. Nice to see that you are all so on top of things.

I used to ride the commuter train between Baltimore & DC .. it would pull out of the station .. just enough to be beyond the platform .. and sit. Sometimes for 20 minutes or longer. Just so they could book an "on time departure". So, even though you knew the train was going to be late ... again ... you couldn't actually arrive at the station late. Im thinking airlines do the same thing .. pull away from the gate to sit on the tarmac waiting on auspicious signs or something. So .. status pages are like that ... very carefully defined to give the most optimal picture. Not necessarily an /accurate/ one.  Meanwhile we wait ... I hope my laundry lasts long enough .. I'd hate to be reduced to ironing while waiting!  |
