What's an 'undeserved' abuse report?
Just like a neg rating, it's subjective, really. Sure, we have a ToS to guide us so that hopefully people don't go round wasting the Lindens time with stupid frivolous abuse reports, but surely if he's suspended then the Lindens decided that the abuse report was not only deserved, but it was a valid complaint and enough of a crime to warrant a suspension? If he wants to appeal, there is apparently an appeals process. Doing so on the forums is likely only to get your thread removed and you warned, since we've been repeatedly told not to publicly appeal suspensions here. _____________________

You can't have a Free Ryen Jade! You have to pay for him just like the rest of us have. Actaully I think you get him free, but only with the purchase of a 32oz drink. Otherwise he retails for $1.99 (plus tax) |
