Also..the reason im discussing this is because it is a simple service that exists in real life and why wouldn't it be a service in Secondlife just like Night Clubs or anything else? Maybe you don't know..but i've only been in the game for about 2 weeks..so I still consider myself a newbie..and no..I do not have a Premium account...yet...that is the reason for the Basic Account..to try out the game and see if you want to stay and get a Premium Account. Not everyone has 4 or 5k to slap into land..especially trying to get a NIght Club and Entertainment Venue together while investing to help others. Sure I could just keep all the money and not participate in investments to do something and just be a dancer at a club or do private clubs..but I do like to help people when I can.

The comment made about Welfare...well..if you call me helping others because I give them money out of friendship and entertainment interest..so be it..but make sure you have your facts straight before you accuse me of wanting a hand out..because im the one that's been handing out to others. Im not greedy and keep every L$ for myself. Though sometimes maybe I should be a little tighter..but..I enjoy helping and participating in things.

I do like to help others and I do not keep all my money for myself that I make..If I did..I would have had plenty of money for Land.

FWIW, I rarely charge for anything (with the exception of my one professional venture, Kriscendo Design Studios - inexpensive Graphic Design and Marketing, contact Kris Ritter for details! (oops. that sounded like a gratuitous plug)), spend hours of my time building for people completely free, have given away over 100k L$ to people to help them with their own ventures and to SL charities... but at the same time, I don't think we're all in competition and I don't really get where you're coming from with this line of reasoning. Especially in the context of seedy hotel requirements.

Blake, it's not about escorts or clubs. Some are seedy. Some are undoubtedly professional and providing a required service. It's not the content thats seedy. Again, some is. Some isn't. I can avoid it as I choose, and I dont even have to leave SL forever to do it!!

It's usually people that make it seedy. Like your idea of showing a girl a good time is thats seedy. About what you bring to the forums that is seedy. Well, pretty much it's YOU that's seedy. You asked why we call such a hotel 'seedy'? Well I've never seen one in real life but I am betting its not like the Ritz.

If you don't want to get a premium account - your choice of course. I don't know anyone in SL (but then I don't know everyone) who would want to pay for the mature land, pay for the tier. pay for building such a hotel, plus buy the anims for each room, which are not cheap, so I'm told. How much would you consider a fair rental per hour or minute?

Can you also explain, please, what is wrong with the clubs' private rooms? They are fully set up with all the anims you could ever wish for. And they are free. What is the problem? Of course, you need to type in IM, we don't all want to hear your moaning and groaning, but other than that, seems a perfect solution.

To answer your quote...The concept I had was like a "Trump Tower Hotel and Casino" which provides private rooms with door locks which most VIP Rooms do not have..anyone can walk in on your privacy. The word "Seedy" derived from Kris. As far as setting up all the rooms fully furnished and such..yes that would take alot of investment. Depending on the budget..one would have to charge what's need to break a Profit depending on statistics providing if there is no statistics for Hotels in this game..one would have to go with trial and error for the first month of business to develope some kind of budget platform. Im not sure if you called it Seedy..but as I see it..it would be a business providing the same services as a Night Club with the exception of Privacy rooms. The Hotel could even have a Night Club.
