From: Einsman Schlegel Next step: Martial Law And you have the nerve to accuse the Bush administration of using fear to manipulate the masses?

Grim...what is this if not fear. Where does the government have the right to invade a privately owned business regarding a supposedly fraudulant patent. I am sorry but this is not what I signed up for as an American. And yes Grim the next step is Martial Law. Why? Because many of the local police force in my home town have now been federalized. When did this become ok? When did the line in the sand move from the Taliban to the mom and pop store or my front door? There is such a thing as due process and states rights and the right of the people...people who have a right to defend themselves against anyone who tries to alter the constitution in a way that takes the power away from soveriegn people. If a company wanted to go to that mom and pop store and sue for proceeds gained from the sale of a majik cube then so be it...that is not the government's arena. They are here to protect our borders and interstate travel and communication that is it everything else is unconstitutional.

From: Grim Lupis Have you ever reported any of these people to customs? If you did, maybe they'd be investigated, too. Grim - No. Based on past experience, it is my opinion that it is a waste of my effort to report these people. This is because law enforcement for the most part does not want the extra work. I don't state this lightly. I have a good friend who's identity was stolen, they went to first the local police to report it and NO ONE WOULD TAKE THE REPORT. They just simply refused to take the report. They then moved on to numerous other agencies and finally someone in the secret service (of all places) took the report but to date - nothing has been done. This cost my friend close to $2500 to get it straightened out (legal fees), it cost the credit card companies and banks several thousand dollars and my friend is still fighting Equifax & the other credit agencies to get the record straight. This is not an isolated incident, I've encounterd similar situations myself in different capacities. Unless someone with influence is unhappy - the bottom line is - not only do they not care, they don't want to hear about it. The only time we see true justice any more for the average person is when the incident gets video taped by another average citizen and published on network TV causing a public outrage or some reporter takes pity on them and reports the story. Justice is no longer for all. In fact, law anymore has very little to do with justice. IMHO

Mmm, I think I'll fan the flames of (possibly justifiable) paranoia. Check this out.

We gotta watch out for knockoff Rubik's Cubes. Many of you don't know that they can make us all Pointy Headed Same Sex Marrying Flip Flopping Islamic Radical Liberals with their magical mind altering radiation. The DHS was right to nip this one in the bud. I can sleep now, knowing that another threat to calcified old Republicans has been stopped.

<sarcasm off> hahahhahahahhaha ah man that cracked me up... I'm just gratefull that the O.B.L sent in a video tape or we'd probably be leading with this. Gotta love a slow news day. I still think somewhere in an obscure little cubicle in Washington D.C. a very angry fat balding little man wearing a tin foil hat is laughing and rubbing his hands together with glee screaming "IF I CAN'T SOLVE IT -- NOBODY CAN SOLVE IT BWAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHH" I personally blame Rubiks Cube for me not being able to remember the mid 80's. It was just a flash of coloured squares, Spandau Ballet, and Lambretta motorscooters. Siggy.
