My logs here imply congestion problems ... timeouts, then packets from invalid circuit that is probably the one my viewer dropped for timeout. That would be consistent with severe outbound congestion at LL and long long queues of packets in routers either there or between them and me. Luck of the draw, keep trying and if you manage to get past the timeouts your probably good to go.
