Was permission asked to take the photo, and to post it? If not, is it abuse? Or is it only abuse if she wasn't asked AND she objects? If she doesn't specifically object, does that imply permission?

I know this is will probably be considered a troll post, but we still don't have much in the way of guidelines for where is taking photos "har har", and where is it abuse? Many of those arguing about it in That-Other-Thread-You-Know-The-One-I-Mean claimed that the big issue was lack of permission, first to take the photo then to post it. What is the case here if neither was done? I'm not presuming anything; Prong may very well have sent Iris a note afterwards and told her that he was going to post it; but what if he hadn't? Would this be abuse, given the same lack of permission over an "Owned appearance/identity", but there is no seeming profanity or mature content?
