Hi.. I wanted to say Hello to everyone in SL.
I'm a Therian ( oXHeartBreakerXo) I just joined SL.. I'm so new,.. still learning, but I already know a lot!!!! I was hoping there was a kind of welcome committee here... is there? I'm having Crashing issues ( but I posted a post on that already ) I am loving this game and really would love an escort around... Anyone willing to escort me around for an hour or so? Let me know!!! try using Live Help, Heart and also there's usually plenty of people that will help at the Welcome area,, theirs also Mentors and classes in SL..... but most of all, Welcome to SL

Well I just checked my other post on my crashing. So, now at least I know what I need to do *blushes* I need to add more memory and a nice new video card. Simple fix for me Yep Yep. Well I'll keep my fingers crossed on finding an escort, because other than learning how to be broke (from over shopping) and how to do some gestures and dances, I don't really know what all there is to do in this game. I'm a baby in a candy store but I don't know how to get out of the shopping cart!!!! ROFL! |

-click on "User CP" (white text on the dark blue toolbar) -click on "Edit Profile" from the left, descending list of options You can set your Birth Date from there. Cheers. _____________________

I'd defintiely encourage you to attend the "newcomers" events in world as soon as you can: they'll allow you to meet new people (and not only new ones - I'm not new yet attended one recently to see how it was, hehe), and will teach you all the nice basic concepts regarding money, building etc. This type of event is held everyday, at different places and with different people; you can look for them in world (the big Events tab at the bottom of your screen), or check them here: http://secondlife.com/events/ Good luck _____________________
