maybe when we first tried logging in it actualy logged us in and now we cant get back in because we are already logged in, if you get what i mean?

We're live in 3... 2... 1... "Good evening everyone, this is CNN, Live at ground zero. The scene you can probably see behind me is one of mass chaos, sorrow, and pure insanity. Earlier today, a rogue plane piloted by Al Gore crashed into the Linden Labs building today, destroying 3 city blocks of neighborhoods around it! From a tape you may have seen, it seems that Al Gore, along with Sadam, Osama Binladen, Hitler's Zombie, Atila the Hun, and half the Linden Labs Staff, plotted to destroy the well known online game earlier this week simpley to piss off everbody at the forums. Back to you CNN!"

What is UP with "updating" a product, only to make it impossible to log on??? I have tried now for TWO hours - I never get past "Waiting for response"..................... And then the "Despite our best efforts..." sign. Excuse me - what efforts? Seriously pissed off here. Wondering what on earth I am paying 292 dollars a month for.  |

Yeah........ plus the 3 never answered bug reports......... plus the gift certificates ppl weren't able to use, and never reimbursed... plus the disappearing half HOUSES on my property...........
Is anyone - ANYone reading the mail at Linden Labs?????????????????
Perhaps they'll read a cancellation of a very profitable user account? But... I doubt even that would even provoke a peak at the brimming mailbox...
I am a breath away from leaving and cancelling all.

lol Davy - ermmm well before qiutting I'd go sell my "spare cash" on GOM or where ever... My point is, I have a rather large investment here. I deal in land. I mentor and help out where I can. I invite people, I get new customers for SL. Got at least 15 ppl into SL so far. So what's UP with this - I understand upgrades can be taxing... but for hours on end? Why do something that is simply now working?

I can understand if it lasts a week or more, but you people are so desperate for SL that you whine and bitch and moan when you can't log in for a DAY??
The Lindens are doing their best, I'm sure. They probably have three tons of people writing letters and complaining that they can't get on.
