What makes you all assume it would necessarily be female prostitutes performing cyber? I had an acquaintance in There who was a very successful male "escort" (nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more). His services started at $5K and he was busy ALL the time, evidenced by the little red hand I always saw next to his name when I was in-game signifying he was occupied. He told me that he finally got out of the business because he burned out due to his popularity with his customers - but not before amassing a small fortune in profits.

Call me old fashioned, but real, actual sex with people is much more fun.  A SL brothel sounds like a perfect "Flavor of the Month" idea. After the novelty wears off, we will have another empty building. I'm not knocking the idea, I just don't see it catching on. |
