I failed to do this the other day and for that I apologize even I was remiss when being excited about the Quotable Sayings.

Thus I am publishing the guidlines that I have to follow in order to put them on a T-Shirt or any other article. I imagine these will in effect be the same criteria that Linden Labs will utilize when evaluating the Quotes for Approval.

General Guidelines for Prohibited Content

Content that may infringe on the rights of a third a party.
Items that make use of Nazi symbols or glamorize the actions of Hitler.
Use of KKK or other marks based on hate towards another group of people.
Hate and racial terms.
Content that shows genitalia, sexual activity or frontal nudity.
Content that exploit images or likeness of minors.
Obscene and vulgar comments and offensive remarks that harass, threaten, defame or abuse others such as F*** (Ethnic Group).
Content that depict violence, is obscene, abusive, fraudulent or threatening such as image of murder victims, morgue shots etc.
Content that glamorize the use of "hard core" illegal substance and drugs such as a person injecting a vial of a substance in their body.
Material that is generally offensive or in bad taste.

Its friday I am collecting up the Sayings everyone posted and will be bringing them back out to a vote once filtering through them as the ones that will be acceptable per the Rules posted here.

If there are anymore you would like to see please have them posted no latter than 8pm est. to be included in this batch.

Here is a question for you, if a saying is used does it become your property? I.E. one of my sayings is used can I use it on my own line of shirts, mousepads etc? Can I use it on shirts I make inworld and sell?

Sure as long as you dont use the SL Logo with it as that is Trade Marked..
