There is not an extensive ratings system I'm aware of but it's to promote brand name familiarity and trust. I forget the name of this group, but it's printed at Cyrus's stores, complete with a logo.
Second Life Better Business Bureau? Hmmmmmm *ponders* The group is called RATE (Retailers Association of Trade and Enterprise). We're still in 'beta' right now, working out the fine details, but basically, in order to display a RATE seal, you must abide to a set of 'fair' rules.. one of which includes not reselling freebies. |
