I hate to be negative, but they are like 1 year too late. The requirement to have some kind of competition in class events killed education in SL.

In her town hall meeting, Robin said they didn't have to be SL-related. Someone said what about a PHP scripting class or C++? She said she'd love to see those. Do you think these are covered under "Your own suggestions are very much encouraged."?

Figures. This is the precise reason i quit going to the town halls there pointless. Philip linden will promise the world anything they desire and just throw in the in the future or its on our list or something and people take that as a yes. The answers are no definate yes or no or anything they beat around teh bush. I have never heard robin speak and if its considered a town hall i do not go.

while I was processing that - another IM came in:

Make Mi dA DONG! Dewd! I got Mad TeX!!!!!!

I couldn't stop laughing for about a half an hour -- I never did receive another IM, or the 'Mad TeX!' - which I can only assume were textures... and for that I am eternally gratefull.
