i dont fault blake at all for being attracted to looks....if we were ALL as honest as blake you would admit that is what attracted to your respective bf/gf and THEN you noticed things like brains and whatnot...thats what attracted me to MY husband...looks first then the rest of the package....

I think it comes down to a lot of things. As Nolan says... communicate. Here more than anywhere it's key. There isnt any other signals, eye contact, body language or anything else you have in rl to gauge a situation by. You have to know what each other wants and expects. And I think that whatever your 'fantasies' or expectations, it is extremely naive to expect that the avatar is any reflection on the rl person behind it, even down to gender. If you intend to get into any kind of SL relationship, you either have to set the ground rules first about what you want and what makes you comfortable or not, or simply not care about who's behind the mask beyond what you already know and like about them. |

Try putting in your profile that you play SL to get these fantasies fullfilled, an see where that gets you. Some may bite, but most I'm sure are not that shallow......... I play to have fun, learn, be with friends, help others, an try an make people smile. Differant prorities give differant results...... Communicate Blake...... Tell all you "meet and desire" that you dont want a relationship, just good ol sex. See what happens.......... An for the record dude, getting your fantasies fullfilled in RL is a LOT more rewarding than getting them fullfilled in SL. It is a game, not RL as you say. If you want to be a "player" in the game, then don't be surprised if you get played at times........... What comes around goes around, an no woman in SL is just meat ya know...... But going and having virtual sex with other people isn't really a good way to foster communication with your spouse. If I was your RL woman and I found out you were cheating on me by having online relationships... Well lets just say that dumping you would be the nicest thing I did. _____________________
