(A not so hypothetical scenario)
Half of your inventory was wiped. AND Support hasnt responded in 5 days about it. AND When called, LL asked you to resubmit the report. AND A mainland sim your group owned was down for 18 hours in one day last week. AND A private estate you owned was down for several hours in one day.(4th time) AND When brought back up was sim #85 AND You and you lost several hours of work due to the revert (AGAIN) Just curious what someone would do if ever presented with this set of challenges.  _____________________

Quite honestly, I would pick up the phone and call Philip or Robin. If neither would take my call, I would email them.
Also, I would decide if this proejct I was working on was important enough to me to go this type of crap. If it is, I would bite the bullet and get back to work. If it wan't I would leave Philip a phone message explaining that he was losing a ton of money. _____________________

Agreed; tier down. Personally I don't think the land use fees are even worth it assuming 100% reliability. Don't piss your money away on Linden Lab if they're giving you bad service.

Well as Cristiano pointed out, this actually was not a hypothetical situation. It has happened to me.
I did not get a reply about this until yesterday afternoon when they had some questions for me (the inventory issue). I have not heard back from them on it yet. I fear that they may have have waited too long and my stuff is gone.  I have not called LL again, as my last phone call was w/ Lee and was totally unsatisfactory IMO. I do not want to tier down, but that is what is going to happen if I get handled like that on the phone again. So I am trying to handle this via IM / Email so as I do not say or do something I will regret later. I pay $400 USD +++ per month and get shoved to the back of the bus. I have a real bad taste in my mouth ATM. How many WoW accounts does that buy? _____________________
