I hope I'm not the only one that mis-parsed this as "Bite Sized Canadians"

Oh, bite-sized canadians are okay. Chewy AND crunchy at the same time.

To hell with full-size..
King-size all the way ![]() (As a sidenote, do they even use that term nowadays? They've probably re-marketed it as 'maxi' or something equally and evilly 'hip') _____________________

I saw a "king-size" ice cream bar at Hastings today. (Unfortunately it had a caramel center, so I didn't buy it at the half-off price, despite the 32C + high humidity we've got here at the edge of a desert of all places.)
That said... King-size in anything other than candy is bad. Beds are too big, and so are people. _____________________

Let's see where to go. I like paying a dime for a bite size candy sometimes after a big meal. I just want a little taste of something sweet. Another post attacking Candie? I'll bet she can do without it for now. Canadians? Watch it, my mom is from Toronto. And Devlin, you think they are chewy and crunchy. You didn't realize they are frozen and broke your tooth. Moleculor, yes people can be too big, but a bed? Someone put up one next to my place in Crimson that was big enough for 20 people, with purple spotlights and pillows. it was great. And in RL? Well only so much room in my apartment, but barring that, a bed that was a mile wide would be fun. Rolling and rolling knowing you'll never hit the edge.

What are you people talking about? Bite size candy is better, and it's an excuse to buy a whole crapload at once. Don't tell me the bags you're seeing are smaller than "king size" bars. No way!

Oh you crazy young people, don't you know that what you call kingsized cady bars used to be the normal size?

You get more, plus you have more control over the whole sharing thing. You can LOOK like you're sharing, by doling out one or two, without seriously impacting your candy stash. _____________________

The Swiss have it right I think:
BIG chocolate bars that are not intended to be eaten in one sitting. Recommended: Lindt milk chocolate bar with hazelnuts. Their Chocolate Truffles are good too. Now I am craving one... *Thinks about becoming a chocolate chemist and moving to Switzerland.* |

no no, bite-sized candies are wasteful and time consuming - too many wrappers, too much time spent opening before you can get to the chocolate!
Now, Candie on the otherhand, is perfect the way she is. Though I mostly know her from the boards and her former events. ![]() Canadians are cool! Pepplar Sklar is one of the best I know on SL. CHOCOLATE should come in giant mounds (mmm, coconut Mounds), which you can spend hours just enjoying. Lindt bars are great. Big Cadbury bars are great. Munsons (local chocolatier) is great. All chocolate is great except the cheap nonchocolate stuff you get at Easter or Halloween. _____________________

MMMM candy!
I'd prefer a real candy bar to the little runt ones, but I want to fit into my jeans, so I'll have to make do with the wimpy ones. Olympia |

You know, it looks like I was actually thinking of something totally different. I guess you're all talking about bite-size BARS, I'm thinking about those little round "bites" they have bags of. (It's kind of new) But my bite-sized-bag logic still works!

True Eggy,
But then you have to spit out the multitudes of wrappers. I am way to lazy to unwrap them all if I'm going to use the funnel method. ![]() _____________________

Spit? My dear camille, do you know how many people pay insane amounts of money to get a bunch of plastic pumped into their bodies?
![]() You should consider yourself lucky that you are getting the same plastic at a heavy discount ![]() _____________________

Ah, but what if I want to share the wealth of plastic wrappers I am funnelling?
Of course, beer is the only appropriate thing to funnel. ![]() _____________________
