Well, I haven't heard or seen anyting of 1.1 lately, so I'mma start up some rumors.
Rumor has it that 1.1 should be out soon, maybe as soon as the beginning of next month. Also, believed due to the fact nothing has been mentioned about it, and there has not been a sneak preview on it last week, which makes me believe that LL thinks they have narrowed down all of the bugs in the last sneak preview, and are finishing up the last touches, getting ready to release.
Anyone else have anything to toss it about the whole 1.1 and it's release?

Things were fairly buggy on the preview tests that I attended, but it was much better on the last test. I hope that the proper time is taken to get it all right and not rushed to be released.
Just a hunch, maybe the Linden World Amusement Park will be opened same time as 1.1 is released as a celebration of both? |

I think that, other than touch ups, they're trying to see if they can add newer features as surprises for even the people who previewed it. (note the skirt mesh that showed up mysteriously in the 2nd test). So we might get some cool stuff we don't know about

there was no test this week, but they've said previously that there'll be a couple more before it goes live. One way or the other you'll see it soon

I heard that the source code to v1.1 was released to the public! Also, Philip made an announcement asking the SL community to try to help him track down the hackers who stole the source files from his computer!
