On the subject of forum censorship...

There have been too many biased polls lately in these forums, and too many comments on how the Lindens and others aren't doing their jobs... So I open it to the floor... What do you think?

I notice a lot of threads get moved to "off topic" when they're not that bad really. Jeska Linden closed that fake "I'm leaving" one in off topic saying it wasn't useful. 99% of posts in off topic are not useful, but that piece of legitimate satire was shut down. Smells faintly of an agenda...

For my part I thought it was a legitimate social comment on the volume of threads recently devoted to people leaving, and tributes...

What do I think? I'll tell you what I think! I think **** *** ****** **** ****** ***** ******* **** * ***** **** **** ***** ****!

And anyone that disagrees can just **** ** ******* ****, ****!

Uh, I think the exact wording of this poll is slightly biased... I don't currently have any convictions for griefing. I should probably make that clear now.

I never cease to be amazed by the volume of people who don't get that off-topic is the place to be stupid about non-specific-to-SL stuff, where general is the place to be stupid about SL-stuff.

I think Jeska does a great job, and I find myself getting pissed when I look at general and I can't find the 39th thread on SLExchange due to somebody posting an open message to ham.

Jeska does a fine job, and seems to at least try and let a thread correct itself before taking action. She seems to be pretty patient in her actions.

Plus, I bet she likes pie...(Lemon Meringue being her favorite I'm sure)
