Juro this is for you and anyone else who loves the sound of a Ferrari. Check that shit out mang! Haha. Fuck ya! :D

F355 on Dyno

Sounds like he's in 6th gear, which redlines near 8500 in a 355. That's around 180 mph. I don't know why he's dyno'ing in such a high gear, 4th gear is typical. Anyway, imagine the carnage if something went wrong at such wheel speed. OMG!

I was just considering buying a '96 F355 but the one I'm considering is convertible and I'm a bit fed up with them (I drive a Boxster at the moment)

Pffft, if you're not driving a solid platinum leer jet with diamond windows and hundred dollar bill napkins and toilet paper, you might as well drive a Toyota

Give me a Jeep Wrangler TJ modified with a turbocharged Cummins 4BT diesel engine any day. Oh wait, I've got one of those!

Never mind....

btw, he lets off the accelerator abruptly after wrapping the engine up to redline in high gear? Valve float, beaten piston tops, cracked valves, bent valve stems, flattened cam lobes, etc.

Oughtta be a law....

When you have enough money to afford a Lamborgini, who cares about gas. You make the grounds keeper filler up. lol

Ahhh...the Quattroporte :D Definitely my favorite of the big luxury sedans. On paper the 760 usually beats them all in performance and driveability, but viscerally there's no contest. That's my familiy car when I win the lottery.

Shadow, about Lotus, there's something to be said about a car available without sound insulation or radio. Now that's what a sports car should be like.

I will settle for an SLR, since Jack is buying ;) It probably turns a quicker 1/4 mile than my Blazer :)

Probably.. but I'll also bet it would depend largely on the road surface. I'll bet your Blazer would do a better 1/4 on a rutted, muddy, uphill dirt road. ;)

Yes, but I, for one, think the current 7-series looks like butt... bad butt. Plus, BMW's are so common now, they've lost much of thier unique appeal. Maserati still has it.

Sorry, that was confusing. I meant the Maserati would be my choice, as I also think the 7's look like ass.
