This is to announce that as of 1/23/05 Gravity Space station will be put away for some time. Foxy Xevious and Jimmy Thomson have made the decision together that it would be in Bedazzle's best interest to do away with Gravity and focus more on our latest project U L as well as future projects that we have in mind. We would like to thank all the DJ's who have made Gravity a wonderful place for us. Foxy, I'm sad to see Gravity go. I'm not really a club-goer, but the station was a really beautiful place. I loved visiting. Thanks for giving Gravity experience to us

And yet the big black box clubs remain... *shakes her head in dispair*

I'm in awe of the creations of Bedazzled. While the Gravity Space Sation was incredible, I can't wait to see what comes next, and next, and next. The black cube clubs remain because they have nowhere to go, but Bedazzled has so much more to offer beyond Gravity.
Please accept my wishes for your continued success in pushing the limits and expanding the experience of Second Life.
Thanks, Champie

Foxy, Thanks for giving us such a cool place, for as long as it lasted. I absolutely HATE clubs, and yours was a place I loved coming to. It will definitely be missed. Good luck with your other projects

Foxy/Jimmy - I've been a HUGE fan of your projects for some time, and am sad to see Gravity go. If I ever end up with a sim of my very own, you can put it there. In the meantime, will some folks please, please take lots of pics of it and post them on the SL Historical Wiki??? This place needs to be remembered!

A real bummer. Of all the clubs, at least Gravity was original.

Damn, Foxy aka "Bubble-Licious", you know what ya've just done? In one fell swoop, that makes THREE out of my 5 Profile Picks that are void. Talk about a world o' transient quicksand! Noooooooooooo! Seriously though, it was a club that made a difference, and I have had many fun times there including: -party party party with friends... this goes without saying but I'll say it anyway -driving my car up to the roof and then riding it off into the Bedazzle forbidden area (before I was on the team), promptly getting teleported out, and having to ask you about it -getting high with Darko on the roof, and firing flamethrowers all through the night -slamming into the "Earth", only to find out it was flat -my first visit, and tripping out at the "Wellllcome to Gravity Space Station", all voice-modulated and shiznit. Nice one Dreams! -the fact the ONLY time I could turn on Local Lighting was when Gravity was near-empty or I was alone, because of the FPS dropperage. But heck did it look pretty. -finding out the pole dancing worked! -firing guns in the club, and finding out later that despite the Seburo + Saedaku vendors, it'd been banned 'cuz of some GREEFER KIN... arghhh! -winning the best hat contest with the Ratt Hatt... awww *blush* I sure did have a family of mice living on me, didn't I. -commenting that "OMG FOXY YOU LOOK LIKE ULALA FROM SPACE CHANNEL 5!" -talking with Jimmy "Texturemaster" Thomson for no apparent reason -- but a lot of fun -- regarding Space Station design aesthetics... and w00t! -and more My props to the Bedazzle team and thanks to all you DJs for entertaining. In some sort of postportmanteau and a tip of the captain's hat to DJ Dom, GO OUT WITH A... BANG BANG!*huggerz* This is the end of one journey and the beginning of the next.

I have to echo the sentiments of others here. While I am not a hard core club goer, I enjoyed Gravity a great deal. It is truly an amazing build, and a fun place to socialize. It will surely be missed. Good luck with your future projects, and I can't wait to experience U L in all of its glory. Best Regards, McW

It's sad to see such a great place go away. I really liked it alot, thanks Bedazzle team!
Sometimes we just have to move on, RL and SL, and normally it's for the better. I'm sure there will be other great projects, and I'm sooo looking forward to them.
Keep up the great work! Demian

Aww, I'm sad to see the Gravity go. I hope it can be brought out again one day. I'm just glad I managed to sneak a peek at it before it went. One question ... is the Art Gallery going as well? Either way, sad news. But I'm looking forward to the other projects your team has in the works.

Sigh.... Even though I just recently started DJ'ing there, I fell in love with Gravity the moment I saw it and was honored to be a part of such a highly respected team with the absolute coolest visitors in SL. Thanks for letting me be a part of Gravity and all my best to your future endeavors Foxy! Hope to see you all around!

Plz take more pics, ppl. I have some, and I will post them as time permits. Let's make the most of the two days we have left with Gravity. I remember finding out about it my second or third day in world, I saw the "Gravity VIP" titles and said "hmm... Gravity, huh"? When I showed up, I knew I was in SL for life. If you can make something like this, I thought, the possibilities have got to be pretty awesome. Foxy, I hope you keep all the parts and re-rez it one day, maybe as a museum or showcase or something.

Although I don't get a chance to visit much. Gravity really stood out from any other build in SL. The Design and Management team responsible for the creation and day to day operations is the best SL has to offer.
Dreams! You did a great job managing Gravity! Jimmy, I can't say enough about the visuals.
Foxy, I'm really sad to see the club go. Have you thought about putting the land and club up for sale? If so, let me know, I would be interested in possibly investing in the building for historical value at least.
