I would like to let all my friends know that for the past four years I have been caring for my handicapped RL husband Mike. This Christmas he suffered a series of debilitating strokes that caused him to be bedridden and he slowly slipped away a little past midnight today.

His funeral is at noon on Wednesday and I ask for your prayers for him.

Those of you who know us will appreciate that my SL husband Garth Fairlight has been my rock thru these trying times..

You have been such a steadfast and loving wife to Mike throughout what has been a long and trying time. I am certain, even in his worst of times, he was aware of your family's presence and love.

He was truly blessed, and you, my dear, are one of the world's quiet heroes.
