But this reply is not meant for you. It's meant for Brentosh. and all the other WWIIOers that have the ability to read things that don't include the words 'u' and 'pwn'.

I will immodestly point out that I was one of the small fraction of folks to actually embrace the coming of WWIIO players. I never griefed anyone. I was friendly with Avondell, Shnitzel, and many others. I LIKED these people, and I'm sorry that those of you who were willing to be anything more than griefers left.

Right now, we're stuck with the dregs of what was here, with a few exceptions. I still see Davada around, for instance -- I really LIKE Davada. What I don't like are idiots who shoot me for no reason because I can finally see what all was built in Jessie before it is gone forever, without the lag.

So Brentosh, before you or anyone else assumes that we are "bashing," consider the situation you aren't seeing. Signs left by people swearing and calling people 'Pinkos' are not encouraging. The griefing "children" that stayed behind are no example of what the WWIIOers WERE -- just a pathetic, simple-minded fraction who probably can't even play YOUR game right.

To those of you that have gone that could act like constructive adults, I'm sorry to see you leave and I hope you enjoyed at least SOME of your time here.

But seriously, Lyra... I've seen what you are talking about. I cleaned up a few especially tacky pieces of signage when I logged in briefly a few days ago.

From what I've heard, Jessie has been pretty dang empty as of late. So, I hope you get your chance to look around. My World War Two photography gallery is on the south east corner of the island, south of our light-house.

The wwIIonline gallery is on the west side of the island, and the entrance faces the open ocean of the west. It's been vandalized recently, and I'm not sure if Chaunsey has had a chance to fix it.

But, look around. If someone shoots ya, just ask them if you can look at the wwIIol Gallery. If they aren't complete morons, they'll let you in.

Thanks for the reply Brentosh.. but I'm done even bothering with Jessie until it's an empty sim, or one owned by people who can responsibly handle living in a dangerous place. I got a bit of a chance to check things out. If I ever go back and someone is moronic enough to shoot at me, I'm going to introduce them to a few of my toys..

Oh... and by the way.

Jessie is currently in anarchy.

There is no longer a single dominant force. So, if you are shot in Jessie... there is a very good chance that it wasn't a wwIIonliner.
