Or at least whine very loudly about something that has been planned since the beginning. I was just browsing through the early announcement posts, gathering material for my new history articles. Check this out, looks like teens were supposed to be allowed in SL after beta ended, and the PG rating was supposed to mark the areas accessible to them. /3/64/1178/1.html

Those who dont know history are doomed to repeat it... and those that do know history will rip it off when they think everyone has forgotten about it, call it their own, slap a 'new in second life!' label on it and a hefty price tag

yeah even those who do know history are doomed to repeating it over and over and over. we never learn.
i like to hear the phrase "best of the best." people say it often in sl and it always reminds me of will smith in that NSA^h^h^h alien movie.

Clear this up for me so I can start a more accurate whine. They are planning on adding teens to the main SL grid?

From: Eggy Lippmann Or at least whine very loudly about something that has been planned since the beginning. I love when you run around dismissing discussion as "whining". Just because something was mentioned in post from a couple of years ago, doesn't mean people don't have a right to disagree with and discuss the concept. But then again, I just think you are one of those "I told you so" type of people, and you are looking for a gold star for finding the thread:

Planned for after beta, but never implemented? Strangely, I thought that was an indicator that Linden Labs had come to their senses.
Ah well. Not the first time I've been wrong. I am sure it will not be the last.

These are very sad times to be an American but where is the rage among the citizenry? Where are the flag wavers who so laud the freedoms symbolized by a flag and written by quill pens in our constitution? Why are we not rallying in the streets against this sort of attrocity? Why because we are gluttonous lazy bastards who say it won't happen to me so who cares. --Ishtar Pasteur
