When I first moved into my first home (a flat in Manchester when I was 1 with my new boyfriend, he asked me for Marmite on toast, I was like WTF is Marmite?!?!?! (mum only fed us egg, bread and sunday dinners), so anyways... I thought okkkkk this should be easy Proudly grabbed myself the smallest jar possible from the downstairs shop, and proceeded to spread the ENTIRE jar over 2 slices of toast, thinking FUCK ME this is gonna cost us a BOMB in Marmite o.O.... He sat, quietly, eating it all, VERY slowly, asking for lots of water... so me thinking he was just being a dick went all stroppy and stropped off, only to come back later for him to explain that usually a whole jar like that would last a few weeks... and he made me taste some... To this day, I apologise to him (actually he's my ex so I just tell him to STFU)..
