How can you be happy about the anniversary of a man who is single-handedly destroying the air quality of SL?
The air pollution coming from that man and his paraphenalia are creating smog, grid warming, even the SL ozone layer is thinner! I mean... even as I'm typing this, the grid is full of these clouds of pollution that... *cough*... that I'm sure... *breathe*.... were caused by... by... himmmm...mmmmm... that's a funny sound... mmmmmm...... Let me first say thank you to each of you. You so fucking rule!
Damn! When I downloaded this game last November I just assumed I would play it half interested like for a while then move on. This is what I usually do. I have never been much of a gamer. I never imagined that a year later I would still be playing the game religiously. This has been the single most amazing adventure of my life next to being a father. I have made friendships that will last a lifetime. I feel older and wiser having found Second Life. I purchased a lifetime membership back in the days and plan on continuing to be involved in Second Life for the rest of my stoned life. I know things are kind of fucked up right now in SL. But this community is still so young and resilient. It will adapt, mature and thrive. It makes me sad when I hear about people leaving. We need to have more faith in our community. I can tell you my involvement level may fluctuate in relation to what is going on in my real life but I will never leave. Second Life so fucking rocks. The Lindens have created something so unique it even engages non gamers like myself on the level of substantial personal and financial investment. This is such a wonderful place and I hope that as a community we can ensure that nothing ever threatens what we have helped to create. Encourage more people to get involved in the forums. Speak out when something needs to be said. By doing this we can guarantee the future of the Second Life community. I love you all and look forward to many more years of wicked goodness. The 6.6138 lbs of smelly goodness took up the who back seat of the car and smelled crazy strong (had to crack the windows). But it is in my possession and is making its way to your local as we speak!
