I haven't been out and explored SL for quite some time. I want to make it my mission to see some cool sh!t this weekend.

So. What's good out there? Tell me what to go see?

Anyway, when your finished relaxing on the calm cool waters of The Void, head east toward Stinson and Rodeo and see how large The Forest of Rodeo has grown. It now covers almost all of Rodeo and extends deep into Cowell and Stinson.

You are welcome to drop by Honeymoon Mountain (Isere 150, 250) to explore my little snowy paradise and take a look at my meagre efforts at snow landscaping. It extends all the way from the location above down to (0, 0) so there's plenty to see.

I've also been making some hopefully pleasent open spaces on the Shaka Mall prim lands - start at (Shaka 116, 156), make your way across the courtyard down onto the geographic rock waterside terrace, take the circular steps over to the grassy event area, go under the road and back down the other circular steps to the beach, and then follow the beach along to the meditation square.

Finally, I've been trying to do justice to the wonderful Linden-built waterfalls by providing a walkway down to a viewing area, at (Cottonwood 236, 208). It's a great place to take some stunning canyon photos - currently the land is access restricted for a honeymooning couple, so give me a day or two to clear that first, before visiting.

Other people's builds - Boreal has a plethora of very attractive snowy castles and landscapes. Also, teleport to the Garrison telehub and enjoy flying in the Lost Lakes region while the FPS is still high and no-one lives there.

The little island of Shona is a long flight, but also nice to visit as an example of residents pulling together to keep land ownership under control and retain the natural landscaping. (Hint - go to the Shinda telehub first, then fly. If you hit 'Teleport' with the above location on the map, you'll end up in Garrison - technically the closest, but no way across the void to get to Shona)

I don't know when I'll be on this weekend - we move out of our house on Tues/Wed/Thurs or so, and for the foreseeable future, I'll be connecting via T-Mobile from Starbucks or Kinko's, or whatever RV park we find that offers wireless access! But I hope to catch you as you play tourist!

Oh, oh, oh! I forgot! While you're in Isere, sit in the coconut shell-shaped object by the skating pond, and you will be transported up to my temporary display of "Happy Cows". Station 5 of the display has a bunch of cows in a row, and several piles of sh!t behind them. But it's hot and steaming, not cool, sorry. Too fresh for that!
