Someone named Regnar (go figure) once gave me a self spawning tower. I decided to rez it in my old home, Immaculate, without knowing what it would do, Whooops. Crash bang bam! Lynn and I were buried in 10m3 cubes when it toppled itself. Embarrasing but luckily the population density back then was very low and no one reported me.
If you were truly unaware that it would cause a crash and you have no history of greifing or crashing sims, I think another chance would be fair in this case.

Like your whines about bugs (i.e programming errors) are constructive? Maybe if you made suggestions on how to fix stuff, instead of complain.
