Thankfully, I was able to distract the Cute Ninja Pirate Cat Girls with a package of lox I had laying around.

I put my pancake batter inside a hollow sphere, spun it rapidly in all three axes, and heated the outside. After everting the sphere, I was able to cook the other side of the confection. it's done now, but since its a large hollow sphere, it harldy qualifies as a pancake... what the hell do I call it?
