I was three and a half years old at the end of the second world war - a date which seems to have been omitted from the site as not being significant enough. Odd wasn't that? Also omitted was Vietnam. I thought that was strange too, but they included the Korean occupation. . _____________________

I guess I was unaware that Y2K, Princess Diana, Sputnik, The Berlin Wall, The second Gulf war, the beginning of the first world war, the sinking of the Lusitania, and several other international references were exclusively American.
