There will be the option of "Stains in the crotch area On/Off" and a flap at the back, 'cuz, as we all know, "All dem furrreez R gayzorz", as well as a long, floppy flexiprim shlong that drags behind the AV.

It will come complete with an ao with cycling standing poses:

1. Scratch your belly
2. Scratch your ass
3. Read a Manga comic
4. Lecture everyone in hearing range about manga comic
5. Masturbate furiously over said Manga comic

i'm sorry but i dont understand something ... it seems to be there a problem witch turn around " are you for or against furry" and i dont understand .... for me SL is a culture ... we dont have to care how about you want to look for .... i dont think ... or i'm wrong ...
i have been ignored by people because i'm french and theim american ... somme people insult me because i had long hair ... dont you find it stupid ?
i dont know the whole problem .. i'm not the personnalised knowledge .. but i know that respect and tolerance in a game like SL is better that trying to find little difference to judge people ... i'm human .. i have spend a lot of money in my AV .... that true that a furry skin can be cheaper .. but i dont think people who are furry are because of price ....

But what about folks who have a genuine aversion to anthopomorphic animals? I have a friend who gets intensely creeped out by furries, to the point that he has to leave an area if one shows up. They just really REALLY disturb him for some weird reason. (yet he has more Loony Toons cartoons on tape and dvd than anybody I've ever known!)

Sure, he can just not visit furry sims, but oftentimes his enjoyment of an area is cut short or distrupted by the arrival of a furry.

Hell, we're *very* close and intimate friends in RL, and he gets creeped out when I put on cat ears and a tail to play around in. Of course, I do it now and then JUST to see the reaction. *evil grin*

Hey, it's a silly thread, but a little serious talk never hurt none.

To go to the other oft-favorite whipping post in SL, I have a genuine aversion to the whole idea of dominance/submission play in its many forms. Or, perhaps more accurately, I get it in the same way I get the existence of China and the occurance of World War II - I have been told people like it, I have seen people engage in it with apparent enjoyment with no reason to doubt them, but just as I have never been to China, nor did I live through World War II, I don't get it; it remains outside the realm of my total comprehension. (Note I am not saying it is wrong; I am saying I am such an individualist by nature and inclination that while I have a dim intellectual understanding of D/s, I don't believe it's in me to ever appreciate it.)

On the other hand, people I like and respect are into it, which means I must either forsake my aquaintance, pretend that aspect of them doesn't exist, or try to improve my understanding. As I don't find either of the first two options appealing, I chose the third.

Perhaps a similar thing could be done for your friend. Even if we're talking phobia-level aversion, phobias can be overcome. In his case, perhaps simply walking a mile in the other's shoes would suffice; purchase a furry avatar - or just use the freebie Luskwood Ringtail one - and hang around Luskwood, Serenity Woods, or some other furry area. Remind him that, past the avatar, they're human. (Or, for the thierothopes in the audience, they're still people, okay? )

Simply hanging around might be enough, but I think adopting the avatar - and reminding himself, it's just an avatar, an on-screen representation - might help.

Basically, Comic Shop Guy from the Simpsons. But more so, and even more of a loser - actually running a business would be a step up.

Seing that the person who started this thread is banned, i humbally ask a Resmod or Linden to lock this thread to prevent any further discussion about the issue. If the Thread is not locked i will contact support about it.

I've asked about this in the ResMod forum and I'm sure Torley or Jeska will have a look and make a decision shortly. The thread seems to have outlived its usefullness as Jeska used to say .

For now I'll move it to sandbox since to seems to have become more of a joke thread than anything else.
