"Too many exclamation points" equally fails to qualify as a sentence as it does not contain a verb. However, the original poster used it not as a sentence but as an exclamation, which is valid use, and was qualified as such by the use of exclamation marks. Whilst multiple exclamation marks can sometimes be considered incorrect punctuation, this usage may be acceptable if the intention is to place considerable emphasis on the point in question. This is, however, a debated issue.
You should also have considered quoting "you're" as "YOU'RE" as the original poster did, otherwise the quote may be considered inaccurate. You also omitted the original exclamation marks in your quote.
