I love this thread!

Hey Torley :)
I have a Poly as well :) She is beautiful and is much like Leilany's as she is laying across my arm right now while Im trying to type. She is mostly white with Calico markings. I will have to get a picture of her on my computer to post it . (Her name is football btw) For now I will post one of my other 5 cats- Jar Jar Binks, and my English Bully Puppy Evie (10 mos in this pic). Evie is trying to get Jar Jar to play with her lol!

One of our cats had three kittens, and we named them Bella, Bonita, and Baby Boy (my daughter named him lol). Bonita was the runt, and we thought for a long time that she wouldn't make it. She is 100% healthy now, and she rules the house. I sometimes refer to her as THE TERROR.

I bet through natural evolution cats are growing thumbs in order to eventually take over as the dominant species on the planet. It's almost obvious.

Yikes! Our cats are already arrogant and tremendously nosy... I'm imagining what they'll be like once they develop opposable thumbs. I hope they go easy on me!

Funny you should mention that. A roommate of mine in school had a 6-toed cat (named Fred because he had Fred-Flintstone feet) who would try to stand up on its hind legs if he smelled something he thought would be good to eat. We used to joke that he was trying to learn to walk upright. :D

I've always said that if cats get thumbs it's all over for us. Anyone who's ever had their darling little kitty 'play' with an injured bird knows what I mean. :D
