Vivi: are you seeing the pic right here in the forums or are you getting a link offsite? If you're getting a link, you'd have to go to "User CP" and change the settings to check "Show Images" under the Thread Display Options of the Edit Options menu.
To hotlink, click on the globe with the chain link infront of it. First you type what text you want to appear, then you enter in the website.
