SL taking forever to rez

this past few weeks I have been having alot of issues....everything takes forever to rez, and my fps is way low...everything was fine a few weeks ago, and I haven't installed anything new...I have version 1.22.11

Is anyone having the same issues?....also what makes this rez faster...is it the graphics card?
