In-World Spam - Abuse and Support haven't helped

I've been bothered by spam in-world. I've contacted abuse and support. Linden keeps closing my support ticket without stopping the spam. It must be some kind of hack because it's being sent to me without a user name -- I can't block it. I don't think support is reading the tickets because they suggested I move to another area when this is being sent directly to me no matter where I am. I have no idea what to do. If abuse and support departments won't help me who else can I contact?

get the greenlife emerald viewer
it will tell u more about the spammer and allow a mute
then u can see if ur wearing it or where its coming from.

Sorry, didn't know how to delete this post.. it looked like the wrong thread. Maybe in a way it is technical since it appears a third party client is being used to send inventory object spam anonymously.
