Unless you have a ton of other stuff (like ten hard drives) in your computer, a good 300 watt power supply is plenty for the 7600.

what about the other card,radeon 3850 512mb 256 bit gddr3, will this run on 300watts system or just the geforce,i have no massave hardware installed

I've never used a 3850, so I can't say for sure, but it looks like it uses about twice as much power as the 7600, and some of the manufacturers recommend a 450 watt power supply, so I'm betting no, it won't work with a 300 watt PS.
