Don't know about anyone else, but...well, I have three seperate builds and three voting stations, all of which got votes yesterday. I got this message:
IM: Voting Station mini, v1.3: 6 votes received yesterday!
IM: Voting Station mini, v1.3: 5 votes received yesterday!
IM: Voting Station, v1.3: 10 votes received yesterday!
Second Life: Congratulations! You won $84 for receiving 6 votes at your voting station(s) last night.
Seems like I only got the payout from one station. Hm.

Oh, I thought I was the only one. I had this happen to me, too. Both voting booths had over 4 votes. Strangely enough, the one with the lower tally paid out.

I didn't get mine Sunday (6-29-03) morning either. It just said "congratulations you had 4 votes) but no cash.

I lost the cut and paste from SL, but today, something weird happened again. I got paid for 15 votes, while the combined total of my two stations registered as 18. Something defnitely screwy going on here.

Add me to the list of non-cash receipents. Yesterday morning the message said i received 9 votes on one of my 3 voting stations, but no cash.
This is beginning to be more and more like RL, we loose some of our income, but boy does the tax man ALWAYS get his !! -TK _____________________

Perhaps it only counts unique avatars across all of your voting booths.
i.e. If I vote at all three of your booths, I only count as one vote for your payout. Otherwise you'd be seeing voting farms where each member had 20 voting booths. -- Grim |

As far as I know, they haven't set anything up like this yet. And the thing is, if they started doing it, why didn't they announce it? The two builds area also entirely different. One's a giant tree, one's a village cabin in two seperate sims. I'm quite certain not all those votes would cancel each other out.
And I know that you're only allowed one vote booth per build, so we're not allowed to put up 20 on one bit of property. I'm pretty sure that this is a glitch that's happened before. |

no they are not doing that, there is a glitch with the voting booths.
make sure you have the newest version of the vote booth, i think its still 1.3... its not just shortchanging at times, i have been paid for more votes than I should have before, there is a definite glitch going on. JV _____________________

With the number of things being voted on lately, I wouldn't be surprised if 6 votes doesn't entitle to me to any kind of share. But if it does, it appears it got missed again. Perhaps I should replace that voting station. I'll try that today, and see what happens tomorrow. Anyone else have that problem today? The wonder is, if it's a game-wide issue or an issue with individual voting stations. It's only a difference of a couple of bucks. Doesn't concern me a lot if I don't get the cash for those six votes. Does worry me that if this keeps happening for me and other people, and someone has a very big day... Yuki |

this has been happening to me lately too. it tells me how many votes i got from all my voting machines around the world then congratulates me for how much money i got. but the number of votes it says the money's based on is less than my total votes. sometimes it doesn't even match any of the machines' individual total. something's definitely broken.

Hmm... I'm sure the voting boxes are bugged heh... been here almost 2 months and a few times i've had over 4 votes in my stations... I've never received any payouts or payout messages from votes to date
