How can I solve it?

Thanks in advance.

Based on another recent thread showing this problem I would say uninstall the latest driver, which from memory is 9.12, and revert to either 9.11, or 9.10, or possibly even earlier.

You might want to run a driver cleaner after uninstalling your driver and before installing the earlier version.

After uninstalling a driver, when you reboot, Windows will offer to install a driver. Don't let it.

So, in order, download 9.11 and 9.10, acquire a driver cleaner, uninstall the current driver, reboot, don't let Windows install a driver, run the driver cleaner, then install either 9.11 or 9.10. If 9.11 doesn't work, uninstall it, reboot, don't let Windows install a driver, run the driver cleaner, install 9.10. If that doesn't work, repeat using earlier versions until you get one that works.

You might find that installing the latest driver without installing the Catalyst Control Center would also work, if you can live without CCC.

I tend to try the easiest first........so I'll offer that as a suggestion. Go to the "Edit" menu before you log in but on the log in screen. Open "Preferrences", find the graphics tab click the "custom" box and go to the "Hardware" button. Find the option to "enable Vertex Buffer Object (VBO)" and uncheck it. Apply out of preferrences and log in.

If that doesn't solve the problem then start with the heavier tasks discribed above.

Disabling VBO didn't solve the problem. I already tried it. Also, same problem occurs with older drivers. I will go through links which describe same problem and try to find solution there.

Thank you.

Which older drivers?

Did you run a driver cleaner in the uninstall - reinstall process?

LisaAnne, you're a sweetheart......I went to guru3d downloaded the 10.1 MSI drivers and solved all my problems. I can even run now with VBO turned on at after some quick test seems to increase my FPS by about 10. I was having the same problems as described earlier with clouds etc. Drivers installed no problem even though mine is not a MSI card it is an ATI
