With 1.19.1.4, it opens up a crash report. No login window even begins to appear. On the latest release candidate, it just freezes and nothing happens. If I re-open the RC, it tells me that it froze on the last run, and would I like to send a report.
The support staff gave me a response telling me that I should uninstall and re-install, which I had already done. They also told me to delete the folder in application data. Here is my response.
This did not work. I have already tried un-installing, but I did it again. As I use Vista (does that make a difference?), my files were actually under "C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife" The folder "C:\Program Files\SecondLife" also had secondlife information, but I believe that was removed by the installer as I didn't see it. Like I said, I have the most updated drivers possible for my computer. (Note to readers: I have a Nvidia GeForce Go 7300. The latest drivers from Nvidia did not work. However, I got the latest drivers from Toshiba - system information is below.)What's disturbing is that this was working perfectly until my avatar "blew up". I didn't install any software or mess with anything recently. However, an error that may or may not be related to SL began popping up recently everytime I start my computer. I click OK and it goes away.

For those of you who cannot read it as it's pretty tiny, it cannot locate the C:\Windows\system32\drvmic.dll file.
It popped up a couple days ago. SL worked fine with it, just until now. Does the DLL file involve SL?
Information that may or may not be useful:
Vista Ultimate SP1
Toshiba A205-s4639
Nvidia Geforce Go 7300
SL version has always been 1.19.1.4 - I didn't play SL beore then.
Voice chat was enabled on SL before using my mic built in to my pc. The DLL that is says is missing is named drvmic.dll.
The LL support staff refused to try to solve the problem because I'm not premium. I can understand wanting to be paid, but when you offer free accounts and don't help those customers connect to your game, that's not exactly the best strategy.
